After beginning the year with the acquisition of Polish online sports news domain operator Goal.pl Group, Better Collective has now announced that it has further strengthened its position in the Nordic market with the purchase of Finnish affiliate Premium Administration OU.

The Swedish firm additionally declared that Premium Administration OU, which was established in 2014, serves as an online casino and sportsbetting affiliate and was identified for acquisition thanks to its ‘unique and high-quality local content’ along with its ‘strong marketing profile and user-first approach’.
Michal Kopec, Mergers and Acquisitions Head for Better Collective, described the purchase of Premium Administration OU as ‘a perfect opportunity for us to continue growing across Europe’ before proclaiming that he was ‘excited about carrying forward the magnificent job’ the firm has been doing.
For his part, Mikk Maal from Premium Administration OU stated that he was ‘proud’ of what the Finnish concern had created but was now ‘excited to see what could happen in [the] upcoming years’ under the tutelage of Better Collective.
